With the every rise in competition now and then, the ultimate aim of every company is to reduce freight cost for the company to offer the best price in the market, sustain in the competitive environment and earn profit. For domestic as per me the best way is to use road transportation and negotiate with transporter for the best rate when the supply is bulk and the rate offered by the special service provider is too high. So how can one move ahead and wear the crown of success. Please suggest.
