There is no doubt that today online recruiting has overpowered traditional methods of recruitment. You can also be considered 'out of date' if you are not using erecruitment, then you can imagine how much of change the HR industry has seen because of IT.
But the main point here is what will be the cost of this migration?

Migration is not required. e-recruitment, also popularly known as social media recruitment, is meant to support and enhance traditional channels of recruitment, not replace it.
