Hi,
I am into training skill development training courses for the school dropouts. I just wanted to know is there any difference between soft skills training and Personality development as these are the words regularly used in the training circles. I am having aspiration to become a trainer. Can any body suggest from where we can get the top most certifications pertaining to training.
