My question is, those who entered in IT field around year 2000, what kind of role they will be doing after 2020? In 2020 those guys will be having around 20 years of experience and every one cannot become Sr. Delivery Manager or VP. So, what will be the role they will be playing at year 2020? IT sector really can accommodate all of them?
Yes its a very good question Subramaniyan sir. This is one of the major problem which arises for all youngsters like me, moreover all of them do not get a chance to get into an IT sector by getting a Masters degree from a foreign university or a reputed university within our country. Based on the consequences different people choose different jobs based on their field of interest. Now when it comes to It jobs, till the jobs are productive and able to generate and invent new tech standards as well as utilize the technology effectively there's no prob! but due to the reason being that many mass recruiters and so many companies recruiting employees from various other sectors such as Ex: Mechanical, Telecom, Civil, Electrical, etc. all these people flee from their stream and get into IT jobs for getting a job. As the salaries are highly attractive and the jobs are undeniable people are finding IT jobs more comfy. This certainly makes the growth rate of other sectors jobs stagnant and thereby causing the Technical people to get into IT jobs itself becomes a way too difficult. So there may be a situation where people end up doing irrelevant jobs signifying that IT jobs do certainly lose their what so called present day mightiness!
