Spirituality is about sanctity in deeds, purity in thoughts. In practice it can be observed through human to human / other creature interaction. Like offering seat to an old age lady, respecting elderly people etc... It has its own disadvantage also it is more focused around "I". It is fruitful when people lives in harmony/ peace with each other. We have focus on our day to day transactions then we will come to know easily.
