As entry in HR Vertical is really difficult than Marketing or finance..reason being no of vacancies are less & many companies wont be in position or rather wouldn't like to spend on training cost of fresh HR Trainees due to Recession & other factors. In this scenario what kind of skills, or knowledge attributes HR Trainee[ Fresher ] must have in order to become employable. Do share your feedback on the same.

The HR department carries out a wide range of tasks. HR professionals need to consider the needs of both employees and management. HR professionals must have knowledge of the organization and its strategies if they are to contribute strategically. This knowledge also means that they must have understanding of the financial, technological, and other facets of the industry and the organization.
