I see resumes every day that just aren't ready for prime time. Everyone in our business has their likes and dislikes, but in your opinion what makes one piece of paper stand out from the other?
I'm interested to learn if there are any consistent qualifiers or dis-qualifiers on resumes you review when you are hiring.

WELL AS THE DISSECTION OF YOUR NAME SUGGESTS MAAM KALAI VAANI
KALAI VAANI EQUALS KALA AND VAANI
DESCRIPTION : KALA IN KASHMIR WE CALL IT KOUL i.e skill , art in any field( quantifiable as self worth / net worth )
vaani IN KASHMIR WE HAVE RUDRA VEENA ( SHIVAS LANGUAGE )THE SOUND OF WORDS SPOKEN WHICH HAVE WEIGHT CARRIES QUANITIFIED as IMPACT ON THE LISTENER
THIS IS WHAT MAKES A HUMAN BEING ( FLESH AND BONE STRUCTURE WITH MEDULLA OBLANGATA ) STAND OUT
According to me the Keywords in the resume makes it stand out actually lke...
1.Names of widely known companies
2. Job titles, such as consultant, administrative assistant, customer service, bookkeeping
3. Competency statements, such as change management, staff development, team leadership
4. Professional certifications
5. IT skills, for example database management, CAD or knowledge of particular software programs
6. Other terminology or acronyms familiar to professionals in your industry
So these are the things that makes the piece of paper stand out.

I think the serious job hoppers rather stick to their own company or tend to shift to companies which has 1/2 month notice rather than going for a brand which has 3 months notice!!! This really affects the company and not the job hoppers! |
Thank you so much and wishing you the same through out your life!!! |
Good one! |
