1) Recognition of work
2) Negative comments
3) U may feel your salary is not adequate when compared to work load
4) No support from colleagues
No proper Recognition & Appreciation by the Management will be a De-motivated factor to the employee.Basically Achievers will always expect a bit of appreciation & respect on their Achievements, apart from money and other gifts. Somehow our Managements are lagging behind on this Front. Even if they do they do half halfheartedly. Thanks Kavita.
I will go with4) No support from colleagues - Telling abt management will not change our mindset or work style.. If our boss or colleague are supportive then we can rock the work place.. Even that learning will use for our life long career. But NO SUPPORT from Colleague will make as dump and will say even our boss is not fair then y should i ?
Hard work going unnoticed and no recognition to the work is the main culprit.
In addition to the above negative comments on the face and in absentia will also give lot of demotivation.
Another factor which is equally important is Job Satisfaction.
If the above three are taken care the other matters are not very important.
This is my view on this subject.
