GD-Grp Discussion,itself signifies the importance of of behaviour , when in a grp, team, :
the way you handle and put your views across,listen and appreciate others's views-this trait is most imptt in leadership position, in an effective manner.

I think the main aspect of GDs in B-schools are to show the ability of building credibility and a professional execution and to check on interactive skills. At the same time they are trying to gauge the person's ability to work in a team, communication skills, listening, reasoning ability, leadership skills, initiative, flexibility, creativity, attitude, ability to motivate others and ability to tackle on tough situations.
