WHAT IS THE NEW CORPORATE HIERARCHY OF IBM INDIA?

hi Krishna..i have been offered position as GDF Workload coordinator in Service Management domain...as per my understanding they dnt have band 6 in tat profile...would band 5 be appropriate with 4 yrs of IT experience...n can u help me with more info on compensation/Laptop/work from home/project allowances etc...i m wcurrently with Dell perot(Currently Dell Services)..thanx!!

I have just received an offer from IBM. i am 4 + exp and they gave me 6A band. is this ok. and how much salary should range here. i m in 6.5 level of now and IBM has not offered much to me.2.

They have recruited me in bangalore, so just want to know if there are any onsite opportunity i can get. i m DWH and cognos expert.

I work  one of the resource partners for IBM.

Any developer IT developer (other than Support Roles) starts with Band  6, and as your value to company is more you raise in the ladder..  Band 7 is usually for a professional who is/ has team leadership skills and can handle independently responsibility, also who is a stone throw away from being a Project manager.  Band 8 and above are positions where in you might be a  Sr PM or a Program Manager.
