Plant biotechnology includes

1)genetic engeneering of plant to get desired product from a particular variety

2) Production of clones of desired plant in millions as per demand through Micropropagation

3) Production of desired secondary metabolites with the help of fermentation technology

4) Molecular farming is possible through plant biotechnology only

and many more

plant biotechnology define as generation of useful products from plant cells, tissues, and often organs (very small organ explants).such tissues ,cells, and organs they either maintained in vitro conditions or they pass through variable phases to enable regeneration from them of complete plants, which are ultimately transferred to the feild.plant biotechnology includes production of multiple clones of desired plants through MICROPROPAGATION.

Plant Biotechnology is all about study of Biomolecules,Study of Central dogma ie How traits of plants has been controlled by diffn proteins and its sysnthesis.Study of Genetic Eng. ie How to develop a plant of desired trait by incorporating gene and Mass production of plants in-vitro through tissue culture.

plant biotechnology is the addition of desirable traits and deletion of undesirable traits for the improvement of the existing plant form for better returns.this includes every thing from genomics to plant breeding. though genomics is the basic side, plant breeding is in the applied side.

Plant biotechnology is the addition of selected traits to plants to develop new plant varieties which will give our desired product . It is an improvement on traditional plant breeding. For centuries, farmers have worked to develop new crops that will provide better yields and better quality foods. it is very helpfull nowadys .l.it is the study of plant molecular genes, breeding culturing in invitro condition. it was in act since fromm long back bt farmers.

Plant biotechnology is the addition of selected traits to plants to develop new plant varieties. It is an improvement on traditional plant breeding. For centuries, farmers have worked to develop new crops that will provide better yields and better quality foods. Biotechnology allows the plant breeder a wider choice of traits to chose from and allows the trait to be realised in a more precise manner and within a shorter time period. Plant biotechnology offers an additional, more accurate, sustainable method to improve the yield of existing farmlands and produce a more abundant food supply.
