I would add a few lines from a famous author Richard Bach :
Its not about loosing the game
but how have you lost ,
What you have have learnt from this game ,
to apply to other games
Loosing in a curious way is winning ....
So what's the best way to overcome mistakes in life?
Its very important to know how you won't commit a mistake again or avoid the reason of a mistake than to know how to win. That's the difference between the crisp of word Winner and Champion...! Sit down for a few seconds and find who is the most effected of your mistake. see your relation with the person. do something that can negate the effect to that person. it will really help. act practical and remember always....God's Watching!
Very important is to HONESTLY ACCEPT your mistakes.
Remember three alphabets CPA
C=Choosing the best possible alternative to avoid mistakes
P=Prizing that alternative with the high value based on morality
A=act on that alternative and repeat the action to optimize the best results
There will be no mistakes.
simple
dear kalaivani -- first of all remember you did the best you could do. let regret, guilt, shame or fear not overcome you because a mistake is not a mistake until you are ashamed of it, so dont get entrapped. next ask trusted people for a unbiased and frank feedback. do some self assessment and retrospection. how you could have done it better, may be now you know what you did not know at that time, how to do it better and differently. finally believe in yourself, because mistakes are not bad, rather they are lessons learned.

I think the serious job hoppers rather stick to their own company or tend to shift to companies which has 1/2 month notice rather than going for a brand which has 3 months notice!!! This really affects the company and not the job hoppers! |
Thank you so much and wishing you the same through out your life!!! |
Good one! |
