follow Baba Ramdeo,do meditation,yoga and laugh with full,listed above are very nice but remembering them will increase tension and stress.
Now a days HR people are more focus on training programme, specially behavioral & motivational training. Its a very common phenomenon that all stress & motivation starts from brain & end at heart. So we people are more focus on goal setting & vision planning training, now a days people are more materialistic, so we have to make them educate, what are their real potential, how they can achieve & what are the ways. If your goal & vision in your life is clear, you will never feel stressed, beacause you are clear where you want to go, what are the ways & what obstacles can came between. So if you want to be a stress less person, please clear your concept in your life, goal to achieve & most important, already ready for the worst. If you ready for worst, you always received best. Keep smiling & make yourself & all people around you happy.

Just be yourself. Don't run after too many advises. Use ur brain as much as u can to solve ur problems,because you r the best judge of ur situation and so the best troubleshooter for ur problem. And the best way to chuk out stress is to do things that make u happy or things you have been lasting to do. Just remember one thing in life- If the Path is Beautiful ,let us not ask where it Leads, But if the Destination is Beautiful, lets not ask how the Path is !...............So To Enjoy Every Minute of Life Live it Happily and Fully.
