WHAT SHOULD BE THE CAREER PATH?

Dear friends,

One of  my friend is  working  as  a project lead in a software comapny.

Now he  wants to  be be  involved  in t he  management  side  rather  then the  technology.

He  is  choosing human resource department  for a  change. so  he  is  interested  to  go  for an PGPM in HR.

But he  has  a doubt  if  it  will help  him  in  his  career path.

 

Please Sugeest  what  need  to  be  done.

HR is good and promising but the biggest thing is interest. Nothing else is more important.
