What should be the Thicknes & grade of RCC floor for the load of 3000psi(pound/sqinch) ?

Thickness of floor will not simply depedn upon load per sqm/persqinch of area but also on span of the floor on which it will be supported.

To add with Mr. Harnam Singh, thickness of the slab is again depending upon the type of slab/support like 'simply supported, cantilever etc.'
Grade of concrete also can be a variable which is mainly depending on the design conditions rather than loading.
