Without sounding ethnocentric, please provide an example of a foreign cultural norm, or a foreign cultural practice, or a foreign cultural value, or a foreign mindset, which you, personally find difficult to embrace due to the fact that it's so different from your own culture.

An interesting experience has been doing business with people from China. I've always found it strange to continue negotiating a deal after the deal has been reached. Yet, in many of my dealings with businesspeople in China, this has been the case. It's just a cultural thing - and one to which you get accustomed.
