knowledge from the bottom line is required but the persons are too much qualified they didnot want to start from the bottom line directly they tries to sit on chair and ordering the peoples how to perform the job basics must be clear if any company is having any employe having the basics clear that organisation will definately grow, whether it is pharma or non pharma technology is not required for growth only good person having the knowledge of shop floor are required because any thecnolgy can be modified according the requirement ok dear prasanna sir

Attitude and application of practical knowledge rather technology is a driving force to a huge number of deals in pharma. I believe by exposing people practically to the fundamental concepts will help them learn more in handling situation which is more off like a maintenance department in a factory where grass root employee get practical understanding of job and have a clear idea of what is next. So basic knowledge with attitude towards the issue is the key factor
