HERE I AM NOT TRYING TO ASK HOW TO PREVENT DEADLOCK. WHAT I WANT TO ASK HERE IS WHAT CAN BE DONE (CODEWISE) TO HANDLE A DEADLOCK SITUATION. FIRST DETECTING IT AND THEN HANDLING IT.

I agree with this point. According to IPC, hoax calls are a punishable crime. If people are aware that they can be caught and the punishment will be severe, they might think twice before originating any hoax. |
