With GPS tracking system, DTS system, RFID, internet we have reached a level where I can not think more what will be our next generation logistics look like. Now we can get online tracking of consignments and whether it is delivered or not. We can protect from theft with the help of these technologies also. But what is next? What will be the differentiating factor, after every logistics company adopted these technologies?
