Guys,
what happens if an entrepreneur spend 3 to 4 years in his venture however it didn’t go up as expected...
what will be his next role, can he/she take another risk or advisable to take up the regular job. In that case will he/she get along with team, wont it be tough to work with another management?
Will it collapse the career? What impression will it create to the next hiring company
your answers are highly appreciated particularly from the real time experienced people
Thanks,
Karthick

Everybody understands in today scenario.
Who says one cannot stand up after falling once or twice? We have great cases like Dhirubhai Ambani who became unsuccessful so many times but never left hope.He kept on trying and one day established Reliance Group of Industries. If one learns from his mistakes and never stops trying, he will become successful.
