Case Study:-
You are working in an flat structure organization where you have sales coordination work as a routine daily work, but one day you have little more load and your team leader hands over a new task to be completed soon and on same day the Managing Director walks to you and gives you a client to be addressed who needs to be satisfied where you don't know the exactly what does he (Client) want ?
