What is your Default Home Page & Why ? Mine is Wikipedia.
I have gone through different evolutions and presently landed at Wikipedia as my default home page. The reason is to be in touchbase with knowledge beyond any domian or technology, and, it also reminds me that I need to get into Knowledge Stuff more. It buzzes up every time, even, if I snooze.

Mozilla Firefox!! I like the name.. its very italian sounding and i love Italian food!! its dynamic, fast and at times just stubborn.. Very mafia very Italian! :D
I am using Google Chrome browser.
After I start the browser I am taken to the list of most visited website...I dont need to have one default web browser home page...A list of 5-8 most visited sites by me is my homepage... [:)]...Just a click I am taken to that website...
My default web browser homepage is www.economictimes.com. I don't want to miss any important news when ever I get time to browse... One should always know whats happening in and around the world but most important one has to know about their nation economic growth and so on. So I prefer to keep my browser homepage " www.economictimes.com " and keep a close eye on the economy.
I am using IE 7. My home page is mail.google.com as my mailbox is at this site. I had the problem of very slow vertical scrolling of the mail pages at this site earlier.However,after I retained only Adobe PDF and FlashGet as Add-on to my Google Tool bar and removed all other Add-ons the problem was solved. The browser is working satisfactorily now.
Browser: Mozilla Firefox 3.0.1 + Lots of AddOns.

Reason: I am an Open Networker & love to connect. So, when I open my browser, the 1st thing I see is if there any connection requests :)
I love the plain and simple looks of Google. And have it as my homepage for the last 5 years.
Mozilla Firefox with add ons suited to our requirement is better than IE7 or Opera. However there are still some sites optimised only for IE and that is where one gets stuck.

I too prefer Mozilla and my home page is igoogle as it gives me the flexibility of adding all the gadgets on my home page only.....i have gmail, news, jokes, puzzles and even wikipedia in my igoogle.
I guess one can't ask for more than this at a single time !

Mozilla is a search engine and Yes, I am also using Mozilla as search engine but homepage is iGoogle.
