Please give me some more info that where to use serialization, in web services to pass the Object, and whether it is helpful to Serialize a object which is used further in Application( like Object of User access).

Serialization in asp.net is used to transmitting object over the local or remote system (over the web services ) . To pass data in the consistent order to a file system or database , object must be serialized.
It worked as a custom type in the above scenario.
