govt is framing the laws frequently almost on every aspect but the table/ graph shows that the crimes are increasing rapidly. will framing the laws stop or control the crimes?
If the law is not framed how does one implement it?????? It's great to sit on the couch and comment have u seen the frustration of the cop who works hard to catch a criminal and then the criminal gets out totally unharmed because some clause in some "framed' Law book says he can be free. We love blasting and blaming the IPS officers we love to rant and rave at politics and at the way the country is run ..... we need to understand it begins with the rules /laws that govern the country and they may have been relevant at a time when they were made but as people have matured they have changed and learned new ways of finding loop holes in the current system ...we have to tighten the system and change the way things are done by changing the way it is written they should be done (in the law)
I totally agree with Tina, it is not about making a law but about implementing. 'Frequent framing of Law' could also mean learning that we take with passage of time. I also believe that a society is guided by two forces 'law and culture'. Increase in society is because of degradation in culture. Culture of society is guided by character of individual. I think as a society we are unable to implement character building measures in education.
Like organizations, failure of society (which is indicated by increase in crime) is more closely related to failure of culture than rules. Stricter rules means draconian rules, which has never succeeded giving a healthy society. After a point we should start looking at re-building culture as that puts society on an auto-pilot.Leave you with this famous gem from one of the Giants:
Character, in the long run, is the decisive factor in the life of an individual and of nations alike.
-Theodore Roosevelt
No not all the time; 'Frequent framing of the Law' is not a signature of increase in crimes. Rather changes in law with time is eminent w.r.t. changing scenarios in society. If changes are not met within time then few members find out ways to gain out of it whereas majority of the societal members suffer unknowingly. Laws are set to preserve peace and harmony within the society as a whole, but necessary changes if not brought about with changing times may make the same laws standout beneficial for a handful people while the rest of the society stands-alone unperturbed..........unless quality & quantity of odd situations start escalating.
