I want to know that for which types of construction steel is better and where should we go in for concrete.

i can't think any construction without steel and concrete

both r needed.  u can't diffrentiate between both that whose the best

as told by sandeepbhasal steel for tensil and concrete for compression  Hat off to both the material .

It all depends upon structural requirements, environmental conditions, functional requirements, durability requirements and thus cost-benefit ratio.

Even wood can be the best material in some conditions. e.g. houses in flood prone area of Assam.

It depends on budget and functionality required.Thus if you have budget , U can have steel buildings also.

I guess it will not decrease the weight of the metal because due to the increased weight of the oxygen which has combined with the iron......    But sides are not relevant !! 
Kannan good debate but can you make you sides more clear. And one way is to reuse the wasted cements. Most of the people they don't reuse it and leave it like that.
