Hii...I m working in the central government as s/w prog, but i want to switch my company. So in your point of view which is a better option??
You may calculate and decide can you lead your family with pension + settlement should nothing workout. Secondly, kindly check-out whether your health permits streanous working. Thirdly, will you be able to move around places with (affects children education) / without family (psychologically challenging). Lastly, are you open to learning continually? If answer for all these questions are true and yes, then you may stretch to jump to the world of competition (cut-throat) but a rewarding one. However, if not donot worry. God has something better in store for you. Continue the good and honest work. If working does not pay, honesty sure pays!
Satish V Itagi.
If u think only for money then go to private sector and get a better life style. And if u wanna some glory and sacrifice for country and wanna successfull life style go the go to Central govt. There is difference between them i. e. in private sector u will get pressure from higher authourity but in Central govt. u need to do work in timely. There is no job security in Private sector. Money cann't bring happyness but money can bring the way of happyness. So choose which way is better for ur life according to ur own.
@SATISH Thnx for such a good answer and such a gud reply....as u itselft works for central government organisation u understand what exactly is the situation there..but tell me one thing.....as CHANGE IS THE ONLY CONSTANT THING IN LIFE....in taking any decision u hv to think of ur responsibilities also.....so in such a case....what can be the way of taking a decision...
@Jayanth.....thnx for replying nd same question i m asking to u as i asked to satish...
@Nishant: It totally depends upon ones choices and preference. If Job Security is the first preference then the Govt Job is best suitable (or) If the hefty package is the first preference then the private job is good.
For eg, during the global crisis every private company has given the pink slips to most of their employees, but the public sector is the one which has increased hiring by 2 fold, and the no of persons applying 4 the public sector has increased by 10 times, because employees priority has been shifted from "package" to the "Job security".
Actually, job satisfaction and remunerations for the job done are faces of the same coin. If any face looses its currency, the coin (job) becomes useless. Job satisfaction comes from freedom to do, timely recoginitions for the achievements and considerate bosses. Remunerations have only one yard stick: is it sufficient to lead a life that is dreamed. Dreams are not the ones that one sees while asleep, dreams are those that make you work for it when you wake up. At the young age it is better to take challenges, however, if you donot settle in early life, later life will be miserable: you are expected to work when you cannot. So, whether at young or at later ages, if change is felt as necessary based on job-satisfaction and remuneration, it is better to change.
HOWEVER, CHANGE MAY REQUIRE ANOTHER CHANGE TILL CHANGE IS SUCCESSFUL. NO CHANGE IS A FAILURE UNLESS IT IS LEFT HALF WAY.
Good luck for mother of all changes, the necessity!

There is no chance of loosing a significance for google. Google is the da best in this market and the way it works, bing is no where coming in picture as a competitor for google. |
Internal report also sustains the load if the load balancing i.e the load management must have been done correctly. And also when it comes to use of the external reports it becomes sometimes very hard to integrate with our own reports and requirements.... |
