In the last few years there has been an increasing demand for HRM software. Most of the companies are striving for a feasible solution to manage their human assets. The HRM software solutions offers the key to handle a wide range of HR and Corporate objectives by  streamlining HR processes.

But there is always a confusion as to which is the best software to work with. So can you all please share your experience regarding HRM software as to which is the best one?

Finding best one is very difficult. The software differs based on our needs. In my experience HR Access is very user friendly and more customizable.

As Mr.Darpan Sinha ji said it depends on the organization needs and the size, for a well organized and big organization the Oracle developed peoplesoft is very good n advanced
