Any one please tell me which is the best open source testing tool to test test the gui applicatin.

HI,
As mohammed told Autoit,is a wonderful opensource tool.I m working on it from past 2.5 years and have buit excellent automation frameworks.
Its have lots of third party plugins and integrations available.
and PERL GUI test is also another one which u can consider.

U can try using WET which is based on the Ruby language. I have used it and it's good.

Selenium by ThoughtWorks. Its easy to use and manage.

For Gui testing i am using AUTOIT tool, you can goahead and explore it
