Well, it depends on your choice that which specialisation you are more interested into. Normally, every sector in MBA has equal importance and demand in the market. But since you are from IT background, I would suggest you not to deviate your sector and opt for MBA(IT) as there also you can get a huge career.

if you are an IT engineer, have taken your stream seriously and love doing your work IT will do for you. Incase you like managing your resources and people go for MBA in IT  or related field.
