It is because of highly inefficient Delhi Police and Delhi Government.
And also on top of it, instead of initiating appropriate and stern actions, useless statements made from time to time by useless and hopeless ministers which boosts morale of criminals.
Just like the transfer of IAS officers, the whole police force must be centralised, transferred in rotation to random states, enmass from DGP to constable level. It may look a bit costly paying relocating charges. If properly budgeted, and make all transport through railways to max distance and local road transport. By this the nexus may reduce.
It's the government due to which today scenario is worsening.
Police should not come under the state government, it should work same army. All the rules which are applied in army, should also applied in the Police Department. Whenever we say any Army person, we feel respect for him from heart, but when ever we see any Police man, we don;t have any respect for them. So, if Police will also same as of army, then we will start respecting them.
Best police force is acquired for protection of ministers, and useless fellows are for the protection of Mass.
we are the responsible of all the crime, because we make the criminal because it is democracy, please check about it
government is responsible. since the present govt.. we have is working like irresponsible person without having any vision or hope for a better future. The govt. itself is a criminal govt. supporting scams, black activities, then how would be the society. It will be like this only.
The Police Force Of National Capital Look very lazy Solving And investigating Issues Such As Heinous Crime As Rapes, Murder And Kidnapping I Believe The Administration Should be Very Vigilant And Active And The Government Is Responsible Towards All These Crimes And Take Strict Action Towards The Culprits And Bring Justice To The Victims.
The problem of Delhi is more complex than we assume. Our police force is deployed to man the security of handful of politicians and the visiting dignataries from abroad. The slogan, "with you, for you, and always" shows the Delhi Police is putting wrong side goal!
The spoiling indian culture is responsible for increasing crime rate . Except every such people want to become millinior within minutes or want to enjoy and are not in their controll after being drunk. Some students also induldged in it for the luxary.This is all because of the lost moral values in our families. children will follow what their parents do.If parents do not follow the moral values child will never. Because its never the matter of education its inharrent matter.
I think crime pays off in delhi ...... thats the reason
Few things has to be streamlined and they are as suggested by Mr.Gopalakrishnan is one major
reform. Along with this Police must be answerable for having corrupt officials posted on key positions and have nexus with criminals. It is not bad to mention that even THE MOST OF Ministers/M.P./M.L.A ARE ALSO CORRUPT.
