There is so much news about layoffs that is happening all over and thousands of jobs are lost. It is affecting all those who are laid off in a negative manner, where they are not getting paychecks any more and the health coverage which was coming with it, But with all this happening around well does anyone know that who are the real ones to blame for all these layoffs..
Who should we blame for the Layoffs?? Do share your thoughts on this.
I think most of the layoffs is happening due to the Recession that is happening all over the world, where there is not enough projects that are coming their way and with all this there is no work that is there to be done, and due to this the organizations across the globe to survive this recession, they are cutting the jobs. So recession is the main reason due to which there is so much layoffs.
May be the Recession is the main cause, but partly the blame should also go to the organizations and the HR, where they overstaffed the company with so many employees thinking that they'll be getting projects on a regular basis, and with no check on number of employees in the organization, and when there was sudden crisis, they removed nearly half the number of employees in their organization, so a part of blame should go towards organization and HR also for overstaffing the employees.
