I am not fighting here as you seem to think! I am here to share my knowledge and expand it in any way I can. Also, I felt that Sujit has the decency to answer all the accusations thrown at him. It might not be apologetic but he has come here and answered it! I thought I should encourage it and that it would help him understand that this is indeed a platform of professionals who speak by the mind and brain not by the emotion! I am not an emotional fool...

Secondly stop treating him as though this is a court of law and he has been proven guilty!! Ms. Kaladeen, Mr. Stephen and others are all experienced people here. So let this be resolved like it should be.... by the moderators of this platform. Since when have you become a reverend JUDGE Mr Kumar?? Are you qualifiesd for it?? :))

I never ever wanted to interfere in this shabby discussion. But what attracted me was the Very very  little knowledge you people seem to have about Indian Education system(IITs/IIMs) and Indian Industry, that i am seeing an senior IITian (2002 batch) being criticised here.

Student at IIM or any MBA school are called participant too, whats wrong in that.

Try to study at any of the IIMs or IITs then you will know the level at which the gals/guys there deal with. The kind of live projects give the status well beyond consultant.

And i think you people are deploring the IIT system itself. Many IITians presently are in economics, psychology and you are wodering how one can join electronics company.

In fact most of the IITs award a single degree of Electrical engneering to both communication as well as power guys, and the education is such that even paper and pulp girl will goto Oracle doing software work(The IAS topper of present batch). Also I know BEL produce many products in diverse field like simputer, Voting machine, not only communication things.

 

 

 

Well said Mr. Stephen. I read his profile as a student and now next day he is a consultant. People must practice what they preach. I saw his debate about Toostep members have fake IDs. Well I now wonder if he is real?

Mr. Makrand why are you proud of Sujit? What has he done to deserve such complement? I notice you were supporting the stalking issue and with a flimsy excuse from Sujit you are ready to forgive and forget. Is it a case of "if you can't beat them then you join them"

Mr. Swamy, with all due respect to you as a senior citizen, I am now wondering why you are supporting Sujit stupid behavior. He came to this site I think as a student, so is this the behavior of a student. Did you ever read the terms and condition of Toostep? Do you realise he will continue his stupidity because you are supporting him. What is wrong if someone advise him to concentrate on his studies? How does that speaks ill of the person giving it? I think Ms. Kaladeen made a comment on that. Do you Sir, have a problem with her? I notice your previous interractions with her. Are you supporting the drive to discourage foreign members from visiting this site?

Mr. Shashi what is so impressive about Sujit education and experience. Do you believe everything you see written? Further I don't understand a word of your last sentence.

Don't you people believe is staying quiet in matters that you have no knowledge of? Stalking is an offence ask any court of law. If you were not stalked and have no advice for the solution to the problem then don't contribute to the question.

I have a gut feeling that some members on Toostep do miss me when I try to keep quiet. I am not being paranoid, it is just that I understand english language very well. In this regard I want to get some thing clear here.

(1)  Mr. Swamy, your words "About his(Sujit) wasting his time here instead of studying, such unsolicited advice speaks rather ill of the person giving it".  My exact words and I quote" I believe that Sujit Kumar has nothing else to do but live at Toostep site 24/7. Come on, Guy I think you can do better than this. Utilise your time in a meaningful way by concentrating on your studies. Don't you think you will be better off by excelling in your studies than to be crticised every day at Toostep.

(2)I said this because he was visiting my profile almost every hour for whatever reason(stalking). Initially he was reading my comments and rating them thumbs down for unknown reasons. His profile said he was a student. In addition I have seen many members making comments on him from time to time. So what is wrong with my believe and advice to him?.  

(3)If you consider that "unsolicited advice" I am very sorry. Also if you believe that it speaks ill about me, that's your opinion. However, please don't ever go this direction again and crticise me and judge me. Thank you.

@ SHASHI BHUSHAN DIKSHIT  Have you previously seen Sujit Kumar's profile? Overnight from a student he has become a Marketing Consultant. You are a senior citizen and have worked for the government, you must surely be able to see the lacuna in Sujit's profile. Having passed out of  IIT Rourkey as a electrical engineer in 2002, his first job is as a Sr. Engineer in C&S Electric.(2002 - 2004)

His second job is with with Bharat Electronics Limited (2004-2008 ) where he worked for development of Radar Tracking system, Battle Tank Control system, Naval Gun Drives System (with Russian Experts and Original Developers), Worked on various chips ranging from TI, freescale to ATMEL, Digital and Analog Control system and Power Electronics.

How does a electrical engineer with less than 2 years of experience overnight become an expert in electronic warfare?
To the best of my knowledge, Bharat Electronics is not involved with Defense systems, that is under the purview of DRDO (Defence Reserch and Development Organisation) Bharat Electronics is only involved with developing communications equipment for the defense forces.

If you go to one post by a member, the post has links to other posts by the same member, you don't have to keep visiting that person's profile. 

And yes, what you are doing is 'stalking', irrespective of your or Mr Swamy's definition of the term. It's not just me, but some other members have raised objection to your behaviour. So be man enough to admit you are wrong, appologize and correct your behaviour in the future.
