The franchise owners along with Bollywood superstars ShahRukh Khan, Preity Zinta and Shilpa Shetty have backed the move of shifting IPL outside India by calling it a"great" decision. We will follow what the IPL and the BCCI decide. All the franchise owners have decided to stick together and see it through.
Aren't their statements giving a hazy feeling...? What could be the actual reason behind their support for the decision..?
Basically pride!! Invewstments have to ring true. They have to back the decisions... Lot at stake. And eventually everybody wants to go laughing all the way to the bank. The only logic was to go with the fact that IPL is now overseas abnd so they come out with a novel idea that one girl from the crowd will be selected to play a role in a Bollywood film!! So the fact remains that a property that was created in India should be groomed in whatever possible way. Its INDIAN Premier League after all!!
