Hi Mr.Ankur, company is hiring both fresher and experienced, it is depend on profile as Mr.Santosh said.
I agree company maye be hiring experinced person now a days.I think you are facing problem as fresher. But you will try to getting market knowledge, make yourself more n more update as per your interest as fresher, it will give you result.

Hello my friend Ankur,
Hiring of freshers or experienced one depends on job profile & company position. Now they use campus recruitment programs for hiring fresher as it gives a security & well candidature too.
as per me, Half of the top companies have an option open to hire freshers.
