Coming to your question: Hema different companies pay differently to freshers; but the difference is not much. Fresher are paid less comparatively because companies perceive that they are new to the business & need to develop more to get paid more. That doesn't mean that a company will pay nuts to a candidate after hiring him/her. Payment should be reasonable & if it is below certain standars then the company is not fit for the candidate.
HR is a very good profession & has large scope to develop yourself. Have confidence & go ahead.
