At the recession period there were no jobs and no good offers so people were struck with whatever job they had. But now market has opened up and there are good opportunities which people are grabbing.

Recession was just a name, and all the top level companies take benefits from this.

We all IT peoples joined these companies because of brand and salary, but due to fake recession they din't only stop hiring, they also do cost cutting, promotions cancelled, and many other things.

So, Why should people would stay over here???

I think this is an failure of mid and top level management in India, During recession they were not able to justify organizational decisions. They left their juniors and more worried about their own security. Organizations were neglecting the emotional concerns of employees most importantly job security,

Employees who were Emotionally hurt during the period are bound to switch their jobs, in search of emotionally safe environment.

Because in the name of recession many 'B' & 'C' class companies have reduced the emoluments of their staff. While even these companies were not directly affected by recession. Opportunistic, greedy, profit orientationnes was occuring. Even after recession, these firms do not paid that much amount of emoluments which a candidte was receiving initially before recession. It is simply exploitation. This is the base cause for employees leaving organisations in this scenario.
