Any body knows why big research organizations like ISRO are not allowing MCA graduates to apply for job and they allow for academic projects as a project trainee, not for Job? Why is this?

First of all, we should understand the Degrees. MCA Curricula is meant for developing Applications while BE curricula is for employing Engineering concepts. BEs are taught the hardcore 'Hardware Knowledge' with some of 'Software' know-how whereas, MCAs are trained for the 'Software' approach only. This clearly puts them on advantage when 'Technology' related applications are to be developed that employs new hardwares. Now, Comes the requirement analysis. So, for that I would like to state that ISRO needs "New Technologies" and for that they need Engineers. Hope this may clear your doubts.
