I am just using Toostep from past 4-5 months I guess, but I have noticed one thing the number of comments in a posting will never match the number of views that will be there, why people on most of the postings just view them and not comment or post anything. I mean Toostep is a platform for professionals to share their ideas and views and come up with some good discussions which leads to a better consensus and everybody can take something away from all these discussions. So, what can be the reasons behind it like, where people are just viewing them and not participating in it to post something or put up a comment for that matter....

A good question Ravali... But why you didnt referred to any one especially you have more than 1000 connections.. This point was discussing in this forum in different debates ans Ideates and others also.. More over you can see so many members who are so active in creating debates and ideates never participates in others debates... They are only interested in increaing their points I think.... But I think you are an exception... Thanks for the question....
Nice question,as per me not everyone acquainted with Toostep network. so they need time to know more about this network.
Good question , the very reason possible is every one wants to keep them selves ubrest with the market and current senario, which too step is doing already, so the possibility is that they dont have any question to ask or not much to share.
and as an when they have they will definately come back to toostep to share all that they wanted. this is one positive thing about toostep is that its full of knowledge and update. most of the peoples one stop resource to keep themselves upto date.
Good question... I think most of the people in toostep belongs to different fields and interest.. Some of the discussion are totally different for them, so they only read but they don't want to post anything, they just skip to next one..
@ Sonam, thanks for your questions and I can understand that some times some debates may be not interested to others... But what about for commenting on insights... I can count on my fingertips how many of my connections will coment on my insights...as I posted so many... Thanks..
The question is good but try to understand the others psychology that it wont be possible for everyone to have a good writing skills apart from it is also important to spread your thoughts so these people are some time very good communicator we have a good example of teachers.
I think they might have difficulty in understanding the platform, that might be one reason, OR they fear what others may think about their idea or a comment, and in a platform where there are people from CEO's, VP's, senior management, to mid level, and people who have just started their careers and now also many students, many might think others may not agree with them and do not post anything...and Manoj nice question raised by you...as why you have not referred to your connections, even I was wondering the same....but I would like to ask you and others who have participated and who have used toostep for a long time......even you have not referred to your connections, Is there any reason behind it.....
Hi Ravali nice question, Some of the members might be busy so that they just check the topics and ideas.. In that some may interest to post and may not having time to post.. And depends on Topics also If good topic or good idea asked then definetly members will post their opinion.
I thing some of us just view and found nothing special, and some think its just useless.
Actually they don't even want to share their idaes and comments with other peoples.
I think if you don't find any new idea, atleast you can comment on the existing debates and posts.
Atleast others would be getting some new ideas and some help..............
one possible reason could be that everybody does not have anything new to add on that post/discussion. So they prefer to have a look and move further.
