It is because they are not confident. They can't take any decision. And if they can't, then they don't have any moral to rule the country.
Because People of Kashmir not changing the attitude. Lack of education and fanatic religionism are the prevention of attitude change.
Where the will is there the way is.
we cannot blame our leader for not solving the kashmir issue their might be some hidden gap which they have to recognise .
Means our leaders are missing few qualities of leadership....
Lack of political will and an eye on the vote bank politics, One wonders how the huge empires built by Alexander, Chenghiz Khan, Tamerlane, Mughals were governed because they had political will and the present day leaders do not have that
The leader want to keep the public busy with this problem, so that all their other faults will go un-noticed. In the name of food security our rulers, keep building the vote bank. We should switch to better ways of election controls and there must be age limit to politicians also. We shall reduce from 5 to 3 years per election. No interim election shall be allowed. Election shall be only once on one day for all levels, say from MP to local body.
Need of Qualified Honest Manager- Kashmir issue will be resolved ones China and US will not put their own obligations to neighbour countries.Not only Indian leaders, but whole leadership can be under pressure, not only for vote bank but other factors also responsible. Delegation of authority can be done on this matter. ( Not for legal purpose)
Because of " LACK of WILL".
Because they don't want to solve this problem and want keep it alive for their political benefits. This applies with the leaders of all the political parties including that of JnK
LAKE OF WILL POWER IN POLITICIATIONS AND THEIR INTREST IN VOTE BANK.THIS HOLDS THEM TO TAKE A STERN ACTION AGINST THE EXTRIMISTS.IT MUST BE DEALT AS THE TERRORISM WAS DELT IN PUNJAB . FOR THIS THERE IS A NEED OF STRONG WILLED LEADER WHICH IS NOT THERE.
