In today's time I saw Most of the people of India taking interest to going abroad. What's the reason behind it ???? Why they are thinking about to leaving their own country?? Any Special reasons for it???? Do you think that Indian Government have to think about it???? Why our Indian manpower using their brain power & Physical power for develop other countries??? In their own countries they are not found any good opportunities for their own development?????
What you say Indian Government have to think about it deeply or not?????
OBVIOUSLY TO GET BETTER INCOME.
INDIAN COMPANIES PAY VERY LESS SALARY COMPARED TO FOREIGN COMPANIES. BESIDES, THE LIVING STYLE IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, WHEN COMPARED TO INDIA.

To increase their income first of all. Secondly it is a dream for most of the youngsters to work abroad right from their childhood, they find some pride and satisfaction in it I guess.

its because people pay less salary for Indian's compared to their own citizens and secondly people of India are hardworking and they know the quality and value of Indian's they pay less to Indian's and earn more profit where they start working at the age of 30 but we Indian's start the career at the age of 21 or 23 itself that's the major difference
To get the correct opprtunity with good salary package & enhancement in living standards are the main reason for people going abroad.

Money and loyalty is the major cause for migration,as far as engineering field is concerned it depends on developing and experiencing new technology .Medical field has very good value those who studied in abroad due to practice with modern instruments.Software people interested to live sophisticated life when compared to comfortable life present in our country.Now a days they are settled with couples due to so many factors like job security,salary and so on

But here i beg to differ.From time immemorial,human beings have tendency to migrate and explore new things and establish their own empire.The very gene which guides animals,birds, the same guides the human being.

To me the one and only reason is money.
Also, there is no competition of job overseas except China,India and other growing countries.
If we go out, there is lesser candidate for the job applied, more pay than in India for the same job.
So there is more money at lesser efforts.
As rightly said by Mr Surayanarayanamurthy it is the Status Symbol .
Better opportunities(specially for researchers) to earn money, status symbol, good opportunities to returners
Knowledge enrichment, Money, better working conditions, good living environment, palaces to visit and enjoy, social security...what more u require
