Will any number of LAWS give the right place to the WOMAN , she deserves in the society?

I would like to say that laws can be made to give women a equality status in the society but is that all enough and is that all sufficient??? NO

the respect should not be made to be done by any sort of compulsion ,, we should teach people, we focus on increasing our literacy rate, we cannot change untill & unless we try to do so,

the people who are misbehaving in the society are just because of lack of awareness in them, we should try to make people see the reality, make them aware of the things,

when this will start we wont require any kind of laws and all sort of systems,

Making several laws will not make much difference. Right place for women in society will come from sincere and right thinking of the people. And even if a law is necessary then it must be a law which gives them equal status at all levels-this will be sufficient.

What happened to the women in India. The law allows equal right for women in India. The Indian culture is respecting  women and giving importance. We have many female Goddess in Indian civilization. Where did we failed. Why women feel they are not getting respect? Who is responsible for the present situation. Who is not respecting women. If the present men ( may be some) are not respecting women, who is responsible. The root cause is women itself. A mother who is donating an uncultured citizen to the country is responsible. The parents are responsible in forming the character of a child and mother is more involved in the precess. Majority of the dowry death cases, the main culprits are the mother in-laws. So let us understand the root cause and correct ourself from the root.        

I think the effeciency of the law governing body needs to be kept a check upon. THe laws are daily made and every second broken but you think the people in USA can dare to break the laws. They are afraid to because the consequences are such that it really takes a toll on their lives . so they try to follow them rather than break them. I remember one incident that happened with a known girl. she got married to a NRI and he was now a german citizen at the time of marriage. he cheated upon her and threw her out and she came back to india in pitiable condition . he suggected a divorce as per Indian laws but she went to Germany and said that she will seek divorce as per law in germany as he was a german citizen during trial he came to know about the alimony and other regulations that favours female he decided to stay with her will full sincerity and now she is there in germany and govt is giving a lot of financial aid to her to establish her career. so nothing is impossible. the implementation has to be taken care of.

No law is required, if we are ready to give her the position she deserves.  I dont agree with the reservations to women.  Proper utilisation of the laws in vogue is more than enough. Even they are being misutilised.
