It has to be a seprate entity because here in LPO's people would be dealing with legal aspects which requires professional qualification like LLB, LLM etc,,
I know there is company in Gurgaon, Delhi which deals in Legal Process Outsourcing (Media) they are a seprate entity and not a BPO. I am facing the same problem HR BPO.
