The cane is the mostly used raw materials for sugar production in Kenya. but as other raw materials for sugar are discovered I am wondering if cane will remain the main material, and if it is phased out what can our dear farmers invest in? what mechanical changes need to be done to our processing plants to make them compliant with the new materials processing demands? and what will the industries using sugar cane by products do?
