A Former swiss bank employee named Rudolf Elmer who was with prestigious Swiss bank - Julius Baer - has handed over two CDs containing the potentially dangerous information to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.
The former Banker claimed that the bank has helped various U.S. , U.K. , German, and Indian Account holders in Money laundering and tax evasion. These accounts contain huge sums of money that has been transferred by the biggies from India and other countries. So if the claim is true and if Indian govt. is successful in extracting those names of the account holders, will any legal proceedings be undertaken against the defaulters?
