Mr. Karthikeyan, you are saying for 2008 fall sensex  21k to 8k. It doesn't make directly effect on middle men. But due to recession market goes down. It means country economy is affected due to recession and due to imbalanced economy market goes down. There is no matter of inflation due to fall in market. although it leads to deflation. If our economy is running fast & resources are under utilized only then inflation occurs. In short , if our company where we are working is running properly while recession or market fall then there is no need to worry for middle class people.

When the sensex comes down , the result is evaporation of money which further leads to inflation. If a middle class is not a investor then too he is affected.

When there is a sharp fall in sensex the middle class or the common man or the small investor's capital gets wiped out in just few days and they dont have enough courage to average their price and also they dont have enough money to buy again at lower level.
