With the rise and fall of sensex, What effect will it have on the middle class ??

We have seen that sensex has fallen from 21k to 8k....How will it effect the Indian middle class???

When the sensex comes down , the result is evaporation of money which further leads to inflation. If a middle class is not a investor then too he is affected.

When there is a sharp fall in sensex the middle class or the common man or the small investor's capital gets wiped out in just few days and they dont have enough courage to average their price and also they dont have enough money to buy again at lower level.

The inflation has hit upto the extent that RBI has reduced CRR almost upto 30% but the reduction in tax is only 2% this clearly tells that the money did not reach the customers is again with the govt.
