Have you made any study on the Pain areas a Pharmaceutical company has faced? This is with respect to things a Research people in Pharma companies undergo. Let me know if that triggers your thoughts.

I see many queries being raised on Pharma, Pharma companies not investing much $$ on the research, Research people in Pharma not paid well etc. So I'm trying to understand the problems/pain areas they face, for us or Pharma companies to understand it and to improve (or reduce) the turn-around-time of drug discovery to production.

Though the question is posted to all,,,it would be great if you give us the details regarding the issue out here and would help surely help people like me who is working in a pharma company.......
