While the US slowdown has surely reached our shores, impacting our Business as a whole, with its Dominno effects being felt in terms of a near freeze in Campus Recruitments, I personally feel all of these are a "Knee jerk Reaction" by the Companies,
The best way to arrest this recession, is to carry on with Business as usual, I quite so agree the figures need not match with that of the last Year, but the show must go on is'nt it?, By expressing negative vibes, like a freeze in the Recruitment process, and resorting to lay-offs, or Production cuts, which is bound to reflect on the market sentiments,
The focus should be inward on consodialating growth organically, restructuring, giving space to resillence, More of a litmus test to withstand adverse market conditions
