Hi

 

While outsourcing of Payroll is catching up in India, some of my colleagues feel companies may also outsource the offer letter, joining letter,  initial formalities such as candidate filling the PF and other details to external agencies. Do you agree with this. Will this be a pure technology solution or partly technology & resource solution.  Your comments
