Dear friends,
From childhood we were told that if we put 110% into our careers that we will be shoo-ins for promotions and raises. It sounded like an excellent plan and one that we will be easily bought into-hard work equals a big return on investment.
Everyday, most of us begin our workday in the same manner. We work hard, accomplish lots, and get up in the morning for an encore presentation.
Then one day we walk into our office only to discover that our position has been eliminated. Not through any fault of our own, but because the powers-that-be made an executive decision to reduce costs. At that moment, we suddenly realize that not everything comes from hard work, and we are reluctantly thrown into the job search.
So, i want to ask you, according to you, what can be done to avoid this king of situations?
Dear Friend,
Always think you are "Sun" that cann't be adjusted among "Stars".Follow Jain philosophy -"Everything is relative, nothing absolute".Something better than the best is hidden...walk alone...walk alone... and you will perceive some divine illumination[GOD] is behind you.
Yours truly,
Ranjeet

Business schools were meant to be guides and they don't create a perfect person, they give raw mind a direction. |
