India is poorly lacking in not just cyber laws, but also patent protection, pharma products, shoddy packaging and shadow marketing done riding   piggy back by small firms on International or MNC products.  India still does get software business...

Definitly presemce of Cyber Courts will put an impact on the mind of wrong doer that now they can be penalise for their wrong. But the serious question arouse is are the people of India are ready or well aware of the Law dealing with cyber crime....

I don't think so it will help for that matter, terrorists can get even a BSNL broadband connection for that matter, don't get me wrong here..with so much corruption anything can happen here, just because they've installed fingerprint scanners  it...
